Cuban Industry Provides Drugs against Covid-19 |

Havana.- The Cuban pharmaceutical industry guarantees the manufacture in the country of 22 drugs that are used in the treatment protocols against Covid-19.
This way, the BioCubaFarma company produces, among other drugs, Recombinant Human Interferon Alpha 2B, as well as the formula called Biomodulin T.
Precisely, this medication was provided to the elderly in nursing homes, psycho-pedagogical centers, psychiatric hospitals, isolation centers and social protection.
Likewise, Nasalferon is made, which enhances the body's immune response, and fulfills prophylactic functions and reduces possible symptoms of the disease.
Additionally, the monoclonal antibody Itolizumab is added, with encouraging results in the early application to confirmed cases, and in those patients who even reach seriousness.
The list of products also includes the Jusvinza peptide, known as CIGB 258, and Hebertrans, a transfer factor used to prevent infection in risk groups.
