International Recognition for Mambo Man |

Havana.- The film Mambo Man, directed by Cuban composer Edesio Alejandro, has already won 38 awards in various international events.
The motion picture, co-directed by director Mo Fino, won three new prizes at the MLC Awards in Los Angeles, the United States.
The recognition came for the Best Actor in a leading role for Héctor Noas, from Cuba.
It also won the Best Soundtrack award, due to the quality of its music, in which leading Cuban musicians stand out, such as David Álvarez, Eliades Ochoa, Cándido Fabré, Omara Portuondo and others.
Likewise, the film was awarded a Mention for Outstanding Ensemble Performance, a Special Jury Prize awarded for the excellence of the performances of Héctor Noas and Alejandro Palomino.
