Bogota.- The Colombian tourism industry designs mechanisms to face the complex situation in the sector, hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
In that direction stands out the Secretos de Colombia initiative, which is presented as an alliance of 13 boutique hotels located in 10 destinations in the country.
The objective of this mechanism is to strengthen the supply, highlight unknown experiences and cope with the economic impact generated by the pandemic.
As an additional element, they strengthened the safety protocols in order to guarantee the good health of the clients.
This project involves Calanoa, located in the Amazon; Cannúa, in Antioquia; Casa Barichara and Casa Yahri, in Barichara; The Islands, in Barú; Casa Legado, in Bogotá; and La Manigua, in Caño Cristales, as well as Casa San Agustín and Quadrifolio, in Cartagena; Hacienda Bambusa and Sazagua, in the Coffee Region; Corocora Camp, in Los Llanos; and Villa Playa Tayrona, in Tayrona.
