Cuban Archers Resume Training |

Havana.- Cuba's best archers will resume their training in in September, with the goal of competing in the 2021 Olympic qualifying tournament.
Cuban experts pointed out that at first, a four-week leveling cycle is expected and then they will begin working with a view to the qualifier, to be held in Monterrey, Mexico.
The goal is compete at the event with six athletes, three women and three men.
However, we must wait to assess how the Covid-19 pandemic behaves.
Among the members of the national team, Juan Carlos Stevens stands out, who finished fifth at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and has won several titles in Central American and Caribbean Games.
In addition, he won an individual silver medal in the continental event in Rio de Janeiro-2007 and a team bronze medal in Guadalajara-2011, among other awards.
