Material Contribution for Restoration in Havana
Monday, August 10, 2020

Havana.- The Combinado de Cerámica de Las Tunas, in eastern Cuba, has produced 230,000 roof tiles for the Cuban capital in 2020.

The supplies are highly demanded by the Office of the Havana Historian in order to do conservation and restoration work on buildings.

The roof tiles preserve the roofs of the buildings and prevent Cuba from importing blankets to repair the roofs.

Likewise, in the first seven months of the year the company completed the delivery of 115,400 antacid tiles, which are used in the floors of national industries.

Ornamental pieces such as vases and cups of different types and sizes are also made at the plant, which so far this year has met the corresponding economic and quality indicators.
