Safety Regulations for Tourism in Cuba
Monday, July 27, 2020

Havana.- The Cuban leisure industry established special measures to guarantee the biosafety of foreign visitors who arrive in the country.

According to sources from the sector, the hotels on the keys of the north-central zone and Cayo Largo del Sur are ready to welcome international tourists.

In addition to this, free PCR tests will be performed on all tourists in order to maintain control and prevent the spreading of Covid-19.

This way, they can visit the keys, where airports and hotels have certifications according to established safety protocols, but they cannot move within the country.

There is also the certainty that the workers in the sector are healthy and that a doctor, a nurse and an epidemiologist will be at each hotel.
