Domestic Tourism Gets Stronger in Cuba |

Havana.- The Cuban market promotes domestic tourist options during the summer season, as part of the recovery strategy from the Covid-19 pandemic.
In this context, authorities endorsed the payment of reservations in freely convertible currency, in addition to a 10 percent discount in this modality.
In the stage, reservations made by 539,050 Cubans were reported, with a view to enjoying stays in 125 hotels in the country that are already operational.
In this regard, Varadero beach, Cuba's major coastal resort, will be exclusively available for national tourism in August, with 15 establishments ready and two in the process of being prepared.
The new facility to make card payments in freely convertible currency is introduced as a new element among the tourist offers during the summer season.
