Cuban Basketball for International Practice |

Havana.- Cuban basketball teams are exploring the possibility of playing practice games by some of its players abroad, with a view to raising the level of that discipline.
This way, three Cuban basketball players could play in the Nicaraguan league, while the ratification of Karel Guzmán's contract with the Romanian Cluj-Napoca is still pending.
Cuban sports officials pointed out that the arrival of Yuniskel Molina, Joel Cubillas and Osmel Oliva is expected for the next edition of the superior league in Nicaragua, as Molina must play with Los Búfalos de Managua, the 2017 champion in the then so-called Nicaraguan League, after winning the final against Los Toros del Norte.
Meanwhile, Cubillas and Oliva, all from the national team, will join the Costa Caribe Club, another of the six teams that played in the 2019 season.
Guzmán will be the third Cuban player at the highest European level, after Javier Justiz with Casademont Zaragoza and Jasiel Rivero with San Pablo Burgos, both in the Endesa League in Spain.
