RIU Group Completes Reopening of 54 Hotels

Madrid.- The RIU Hotels and Resorts chain completed the reopening of 54 establishments in 16 countries, as part of the recovery after Covid-19.

With this step, the company offers vacationers unique options to promote the recovery of spaces for international tourism.

During this phase, the chain is following strict safety and hygiene protocols.

In the case of Spain, it resumed operations in 20 hotels, receiving their first national and international clients in all the destinations where it is present.

In the Caribbean area in July, the Riu Palace Bávaro, in the Dominican Republic, the Riu Palace Paradise Island in the Bahamas and the Riu Dunamar in Costa Mujeres, Mexico were reactivated.

RIU is already active in 16 of 19 nations where it operates, including Spain, Germany, Costa Rica, Mexico, the United States, Bulgaria, Portugal, Ireland, Jamaica, Mauritius, Aruba, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Morocco, Zanzibar and Sri Lanka.
