Facilities for Electronic Transactions in Cuba |

Havana.- The Transfermóvil platform, designed to facilitate electronic transactions in Cuba, accumulates 13.2 million monthly operations.
According to specialists, more than 800,000 people use the application, taking into account its joint deployment by the Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A. (ETECSA) and the Central Bank of Cuba.
The main activities have been transfers between magnetic card accounts, and recharging cell lines and permanent Nauta accounts, as well as payments of electricity, telephone, tax bills and as a means of purchase from virtual stores, among other options.
In late May, 350,000 families paid their electricity bills through Transfermóvil, while 1.5 million operations have been carried out for telecommunications services.
