Online Karate Tournament in Cuba Ready |

Havana.- Cuba is putting the finishing touches on the organization of the first National Online Karate Do Shito Ryu Tournament, scheduled for July 15-20.
Cuban sports officials pointed out that the virtual event will be in the form of kata (technical demonstration), as a way to keep athletes from national teams and other categories active.
The competition will be held under the regulations of the international federation, effective as of January 1, 2020.
In addition, athletes must be in the age range of their category for the registration date (fiscal year), with the clarification of being individual and having the possibility to be included.
The event will have competitions in the 7-8 years, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15 and 16-18 years categories, as well as under-21, adults (21 to 35 years) and master (over 35 years).
