Cuban Health System Guarantees Vaccination Plan |

Havana.- The Cuban health system guarantees the execution of a vaccination program that protects the population against 14 diseases.
According to experts, this plan is still active amid the confrontation with Covid-19 in the country.
The Cuban scheme of 11 vaccines, including eight of national production, takes into account the age groups of the people who receive this benefit.
Authorities from the sector indicated that the campaign against polio was postponed later this year, taking into account that the mobilization of a significant number of children is required.
The influenza vaccination campaign, which protects against different viruses that cause acute respiratory infection, was also postponed and activated when appropriate.
