Havana.- The sports movement in Cuba added to the tools for its development a scientific bulletin prepared by specialists.
The quarterly digital publication will be in charge of the Cuban Sports Research Center (CIDC) and will disseminate different topics of physical activity and applied sciences.
The first edition sets out the purpose of providing relevant topics for professionals and research, which means solutions to multiple demands of the sports and physical culture sector.
It is worth mentioning that the CIDC was officially established on October 31, 2017, and is attached to the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Environment (CITMA).
The center's objective is to promote the sustainability of the Cuban sports movement, based on scientific research, and the priority is on high performance.
Among the sports covered in this first issue of the publication are baseball, judo, beach volleyball, cycling, synchronized swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, swimming, boxing, diving and athletics.
