Wingo Adds More Flights Linking Colombia and Cuba
Monday, February 10, 2020

Havana.- Colombian airliner Wingo has increased its flights linking Bogotá and Havana to five a week, thus answering to demand.

The first destination after such increase will be Havana, as a response to demand to visit Cuba.

The new plan follows Wingo’s replacement of all of its Boeing 737-700 for 737-800, which will have 31 per cent more seats in 2020.

A unique combination of history, culture and beaches makes Cuba one of the most sought-after destinations in the Caribbean.

Currently, Wingo is the sole Colombian airliner flying to Cuba, after Avianca Holdings stopped selling tickets to and from Cuba, on October 31.
