Havana.- Infanta Multiplex Cinema here will host in January a Japanese Film Festival, featuring recent cinematic works with support by the Japanese Embassy in Havana and Cuba’s Film Institute.
The festival will show films such as “Destination: The Legend of Kamakura”, by Yamazaki Takashi, a fantasy with live actors.
Also screening will be “Quiver as Much as You Wish”, by Ooku Akiko, a romantic comedy adapted from a novel by Wataya Risa, which tells the story of a woman living under sheer fear of love.
“Room Cleaning” and “Memoirs of a Murderer”, with the latter being a remake of the Korean 2012 noir film “Confession of a Murder”.
