Cuba's Best Wrestlers in 2019 Chosen |

Havana.- Ismael Borrero, a major Cuban Greco-Roman wrestler, was chosen the best fighter in that modality in the country in 2019.
A world and Pan-American champion in Lima (Peru) in the 67-kilogram division this year, Borrero also won the national championship and the International Granma-Cerro Pelado Tournament.
At the World Championships in Kazakhstan in September, he gave an extraordinary performance, adding six victories and winning Cuba's only title in that event.
For his part, Gabriel Rosillo (97 kg) was chosen the rookie of the year, after winning the Pan-American Games in Lima and the World Youth Championships in Tallinn, Estonia.
Among the best wrestlers of the year were Mijain Lopez, Alejandro Valdes, Oscar Pino, Yurieski Torreblanca, Yusneilys Guzman, Reineri Andreu, Geandry Garzon, Daniel Gregorich, Reineris Salas, Milaimys de la Caridad Marin and Yoner Bastida.
