Havana.- The Saratoga Hotel, in the eastern province of Holguin, benefits from a capital repair process that began in 2016.
Built in 1913, the establishment is subjected to an investment project by the companies Inmobiliaria de Turismo and Proyectos de Ingenieria y Diseño Vertice.
Brigades of skilled workers completed the reinforcement of the original structures on the mezzanines and on the roofs, placed more than 13,000 mortar tiles and replaced 147 beams.
In addition, the tiles on the first floor of the building, where the restaurant will be, are being replaced, as well as the veneer of kitchen areas.
On the second floor are the structures for the suite overlooking the central park and the rest of the ten rooms are being painted, while electrical installations were completed.
