Cuban Player Stands Out in Japanese Baseball League |

Havana.- Cuban player Alfredo Despaigne, who was signed by the SoftBank Hawks club of the Japanese Professional Baseball League, has hit 30 home runs.
Despaigne hit his thirtieth homer of the season and led his team to victory over the Rakuten Eagles, in the Pacific league.
Thus, the Cuban player has a daily average of 272 and increased the number of runs driven to 74, the fourth best result of the Pacific zone.
Despaigne exceeded the number of home runs connected last season (29), and equalized the number of runs batted in RBI) at 74.
The SoftBank Hawks increased their lead at the top of the Pacific zone, as they now have 60 wins, 45 losses and four draws.
