Heart Attacks Are First Cause of Death in Cuba |

Havana.- Heart attacks are the first cause of death in Cuba, with more than 7,000 due to that ailment in 2018.
In this regard, experts are committed to prevention to minimize the risks of illness, which means avoiding excess of alcohol, fat and strong emotions.
They also warned that the disease is related to different meteorological variables, such as cold, heat, atmospheric pressure and even radiation.
Against this, they recommend to eat grilled food, summer salads, juices and natural juices, not forgetting the medications.
The implementation of the recommendations is indispensable in efforts to minimize the impact of heart attacks on the population's quality of life.
