The restaurant buffet “La Casona” is a living gallery where the most valuable treasures in the Cuban and international culinary art are exhibited. Its kitchen transpires the best of Cuban and international food, from our traditional roasted pig with cassava and eastern congrí, to exotic Mexican and Chinese dishes, or the exuberant Valencian paella, or a Greek moussaka, or maybe an Italian lasagna... Our five kitchens, like small Caribbean islands in carnival time, celebrate your presence. We are Caribbean people and that sea that marks us is a permanent invitation to participate in this adventure. To share our table is a pleasure that we whole-heartedly enjoy.
