              Description
An elegant big house from the 18th century, located very close to the Old Square, it opened as a cozy hotel, where the combination of modern and old architectural elements stresses the originality of its attractive design. This house, built by Gabriel Beltrán de Santa Cruz's parents, the first San Juan de Jaruco Count, later belonged to the descendants of the distinguished Cárdenas de Monte Hermoso Marquis. The most illustrious visitors to the city gathered in this house: Baron Alejandro von Humboldt, the eminent German scientist; and three French princes, the Beaujolais Count, the Montpensier and the Orleans Dukes. 12.4 miles away from Havana's international airport.
