Cuban Women's Basketball Team to Compete in Canada |

Havana.- The Cuban women's basketball will participate in the pre-Olympic competition of the Americas, to be held in Canada.
The Cuban players will compete in Group A, together with Canada, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.
Meanwhile, Group B, which will compete in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, is made up of the United States, Brazil, Colombia and Argentina.
Experts recalled that the event will grant to two places for the world pre-Olympic among 12 teams, to be held in a venue that has not been defined yet in February 2020.
In the case of the Cuban team, chances are to win one of the tickets to advance to the tournament for the final places to the Tokyo-2020 Olympic Games.
