New Capabilities for Cuban Agri-Business Company |

Havana.- The Ceballos agri-industrial company, in the Cuban province of Ciego de Avila, completed the assembly of new lines for food processing.
The plant has two new lines that will allow diversifying productions and obtaining a higher added value.
This way, a line will allow packaging concentrated jams and tomato paste in one-kilogram and 2.5-kilogram formats.
The second line will make juices, segments and slices of pineapple, well as desserts in syrup, which will be packaged in 200-kilogram metal tanks and 3.2-kilogram cans, and will preserved in freezing or aseptic conditions.
Both investments, worth almost 2 and 2.5 million dollars, must be recovered in about two years and will guarantee the supply to tourism, the domestic market and exports.
