Tourism and Gastronomy in Cuba's Major Coastal Resort |

Havana.- Varadero beach, Cuba's major coastal resort, promotes the links between gastronomy and tourism.
The aforementioned destination was the venue for the 11th Varadero Gourmet Festival, with competitions in several specialties.
The agenda included the contest of fantasy and evolutionary cocktails, as well as Distinction of gastronomic Service, and Gastronomic offers for snack bars.
Together with this, theoretical lectures were given on topics such as chocolate drinks: an interesting suggestion, and participatory gastronomy; the presentation of Havana Club International products and the launch of Ron El Valle.
A total of 30 companies and firms, both national and foreign, participated as exhibitors at the Festival, which was held at usual venue of the Plaza America Convention Center.
