Havana.- The Muthu Playa Varadero Hotel has reported high occupancy rates during the summer season, backed by a two-decade experience dedicated to the tourism industry.
Formerly named Coralia Club Playa de Oro, the establishment reports an occupancy rate of 85 percent of its housing capacity.
As a result of the early commercial strategy that included the holding of fairs, national holidaymakers stand out as the main clients, followed by Canadian and Russian vacationers.
Cultural galas, theater shows and lyrical presentations are among the activities to celebrate the two decades of the hotel.
Founded in 1963, the MGM Muthu Hoteles chain arrived in the Americas in 2017 and it currently has a portfolio consisting of more than 50 hotels in the world, including Cuba.
