Cuban Sets World Record in Football Juggling |

Havana.- Cuban player Erick Hernandez set a record in football juggling with his head in a sitting position, clocking 1:02.05 hour.
In order to make the process more difficult, he made the mark with 1.5 kilogram of weight attached to each ankle.
This way, he extended the time of the challenge, because on October 27, 2018, he did the same for 1:00.59 hour.
As part of his training for this challenge, Hernandez emphasized the performance of ran 10 kilometers and did sit-ups, as well as exercises to strengthen the upper and lower back.
In his last attempts, he added greater difficulty to the challenge, including 1.5 kilogram of weight attached to each ankle that initially was not part of this specific type of attempt.
