Cultural and Historic Values Restored in Havana |

Havana.- Cuban experts are working on the restoration of real estate in the historic heart of Havana, with a view to preserving its cultural and historic values.
According to experts from the Office of the Historian of the City, major results have been achieved in emblematic institutions such as the National Capitol, whose entire north wing has already been restored, and works on other objects, such as the gold of the dome, are underway.
Likewise, the upper floor of the San Jose Warehouses, a new room in the Visitors' Center dedicated to enhanced reality, and the Havana: Creative Spaces project, in the Sarra block, have already been inaugurated.
Projects also include a store and Bionatural Products Line (Sarra Pharmacy), the Maine Monument on the Malecon and the Maine Room in the Palace of the Captain Generals.
Together with this, the stories El Abanico and Miniatura in the Practicos del Puerto building, and a bookstore in Casa del Obispo Espada, will be opened soon.
