Cuba to Host Congress on Family Medicine |

Havana.- The Cuban capital will host the 3rd edition of the National Congress on Family Medicine, within the framework of the 35th anniversary of the Family Doctor and Nurse program.
The agenda of the event, scheduled for December, includes issues such as aging and family, health promotion, efficiency and quality of services.
In addition, participants will discuss disease prevention, reproductive and mother-child health, management of communicable diseases, social determinants of health, and the environment and the community.
Other topics for debate will be gender and health, international collaboration, training of human resources in primary health care and integrated networks.
The agenda also includes programs, strategies and visualization of Cuba's results and achievements in the field of family medicine.
