Care for Infertile Couples in Eastern Cuba |

Havana.- The eastern province of Santiago de Cuba is working to improve care programs for infertile couples, as part of the priorities of the national health system.
Among the objectives is to increase pregnancies with actions such as the rise in patients and the effectiveness of procedures.
In addition, there is the best and quickest selection of cases to refer to the Territorial Center of Attention to Infertile Couples of Holguín.
As a result of assisted reproduction, 47 couples fulfilled the dream of being parents in 2018; and so far in 2019, at least 20 pregnancies have been confirmed.
The attention to infertile couples involves obstetricians, endocrinologists, urologists, psychologists and any specialists required, according to the pathologies of patients.
