China Builds Airbus Helicopter Plant |

Beijing.- The European aeronautical manufacturer Airbus has a production line for the H-135 helicopter in China, the first facility of the company outside the so-called Old Continent.
The assembly plant is located in Qingdao and is a joint venture between Airbus Helicopters and United General Aviation Company, which will take advantage of the country's potential.
The initial production capacity is 18 helicopters per year, a figure that could increase twofold, according to the demand from China.
The H-135 model can be used for medical emergency missions, search and rescue, law enforcement, firefighting and tourism.
The facility has four work stations, a painting stand, ground and aerial test areas and a delivery center, among other facilities.
