Dental Care Improved in Santiago de Cuba |

Havana.- The eastern province of Santiago de Cuba is taking actions to improve dental services for the benefit of the population.
This specialty extends its influence to the entire territory, including the mountainous and hard-to-access areas that predominate in the province.
In addition, prevention is promoted with visits to the field, attention to prioritized groups, prosthetic rehabilitation and application of techniques or studies using hi-tech equipment.
In that regard, in the early ages, fluorine lacquer, mouthwash and other practices are applied at schools by virtue of agreements with the Ministry of Education.
Digital panoramic equipment is also used to facilitate the diagnosis of all hard and soft tissue specialties, which are networked in the municipalities.
