New Capacities for Tourism in Varadero |

Havana.- Varadero, Cuba's major coastal resort, incorporated the first 200 rooms at the Melia Internacional Hotel to its offers.
Authorities from the tourism sector indicated that the partial opening of the establishment coincided with the celebrations in Cuba on Saint Valentine's Day.
All services at the hotel, whose construction began in March of 2016, are operational, including restaurants and cafeterias.
The establishment will have a total capacity of 946 rooms and the remaining rooms will be completed gradually.
The new Internacional Hotel, with a Five Star category and The Level services, has works of high cultural value that were recovered from the previous anthological establishment inaugurated in 1950.
Its total completion, including the Continental Cabaret, famous since the foundation of the first Internacional Hotel, is scheduled for the first half of this year.
