Mega Hotel Project in Punta del Este

Montevideo.- The Uruguayan resort of Punta del Este will hold the mega hotel project Cipriani Ocean Resort and Club Residences and Casino, with an investment of 450 million dollars.

According to experts, the works will be carried out in an area of 150,000 square meters and in the first phase it will include the reconstruction of the San Rafael Hotel, areas for conventions, spa and casino.

At this stage, 70 hotel rooms and 75 private apartments are planned, where furniture and accessories were produced by Italian artisans.

The family business was born in 1931 and 87 years later, the Cipriani brand has become one of the most recognized hospitality groups in the world.

The list of facilities includes hairdressing, a sports sector with personal trainers, business space, party halls, high design gardens, boutiques, nursery and butler services.
