Cuban Judokas to Compete in Guangzhou Tournament |

Havana.- Cuba will be present at the master judo tournament in Guangzhou (China), with a view to improving its position in the world ranking.
For Cuba, Idalys Ortiz and Ivan Silva stand out in the second and fourth places in the +78- and 90-kilogram divisions, respectively.
Other team members will be Kaliema Antomarchi (78 kilos), who ranks 11th in the world, while Osniel Solis (66 kg) is in the 20th place and will be invited to compete.
The contest, which closes the 2018 world circuit, grants 1,800 points to the winners for the ranking, and the Cuban judokas will try to score as many points as possible.
Organizers announce the presence of 237 judokas from 53 countries, a number that could change due to possible last-minute absences.
