Cuban Judokas Excel in Japan's Grand Slam |

Havana.- Cuba ranked fourth by countries in the Judo Grand Slam in Osaka, Japan, where the judokas scored points for the world ranking in that sport.
The Cuban delegation won a title, which went to Idalys Ortiz (+78 kg).
In addition, Kaliema Antomarchi won the bronze medal in the 78-kg division after defeating Vanessa Chala, from Ecuador, in the combat for the third place.
For his part, Ivan Silva (90 kg) finished in the seventh place, while Andy Granda (100 kg) had a win and a defeat, and Maylin del Toro scored three victories and one loss.
Japan (11-8-16) led the medal table of medals, followed by Canada (1-1-0), the Netherlands (1-1-0) and Cuba (1-0-1), the four countries that shared all 14 titles in dispute.
