Cuba's Best Gymnast Ready to Compete in Barranquilla-2018 |

Havana.- Manrique Larduet, Cuba's best artistic gymnast, said he is in a position to face the challenge of the Barranquilla regional games.
Four years ago, he was the most awarded gymnast in the edition of Veracruz, Mexico, where he won seven medals, including two titles (all around and jumping horse).
In addition, in those Central American and Caribbean Games, he won the silver medals in the parallel bars, rings, fixed bar and hands-free contest, and the bronze medal by team.
Larduet's training has been stronger than the one he did for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in2016, with several international competitions, including the German Bundesliga and some World Cups.
The Cuban men's team also includes Randy Leru, world medalist in Guimaraes (Portugal); Rafael Rosendi, Arian Vergara and Alberto Leyva.
