Iberostar Expands Presence in Eastern Cuba |

Havana.- The Iberostar Hotels and Resorts chain will add to its portfolio the first establishment of the Star Prestige brand in the eastern Cuban province of Holguín.
The Iberostar Holguín Hotel is very close to Pesquero Beach, in the area known as Estero, and will offer 638 rooms, including 576 bungalows, in addition to 60 Star Prestige rooms and two presidential suites, which will provide guests with the comfort and privacy of a boutique hotel in a large resort.
The hotel will also have unique facilities such as its own water park and its opening will favor circuit tourism by linking cities such as Gibara and Santiago de Cuba with the sun and beach modality.
It is worth mentioning that Iberostar will open 11 hotels in Cuba in 2018 and will complete 12,000 rooms by 2020.
This year, six hotels will open in Holguín, three in Santiago de Cuba, one in Cayo Coco and one in Havana, the Iberostar Grand Hotel Packard.
