Havana.- The University of Medical Sciences of Havana completed the training of some 900 technicians in two dozen health specialties.

The list includes 159 technicians in Electro-medicine, who will guarantee the technical availability of medical equipment and instruments.

In addition, 138 technicians in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, 58 in Occupational Therapy, 56 in Hygiene and Epidemiology, as well as four Skilled Workers in Vector Control, graduated this school year.

Other graduates are 50 specialists in Clinical Analysis, 43 in Pharmaceutical Services, 45 in Radiology, 35 in Stomatological Prosthesis, 27 in Cytohistotanatology and 19 in Social Work, as well as 18 Technicians in Immunoallergy, 17 in Transfusional Medicine, 17 in Physiology, 13 in Dietetics and 12 in Logophonoaudiology.
