Veteran Cuban Shooter to Participate in Regional Sports Event |

Havana.- The Cuban shooter Alfredo Torres, an expert in the skeet modality, will attend for the ninth time the Central American and Caribbean Games.
Torres debuted at that level in Medellin-1978 and has accumulated 10 gold medals in that event so far.
As part of his preparation, a training phase will take place in Panama until July 8 to define some technical elements of the discipline.
Luis Miguel Rodríguez, a winner in 1990, 1998 and 2006, will also be in that event; as well as Servando Puldón, the gold medalist in 1993. All of them will make up the Cuban team in that shooting modality.
In addition to the three representatives in skeet, Cuba has 18 shooters who qualified for the Colombian event in gun and pistol, with aspirations to bring titles to the island.
