Artists from 19 Countries in CIRCUBA-2018 |

Havana.- The 17th edition of the CIRCUBA-2018 International Festival will bring together artists from 19 countries, as a tribute to the 50th Anniversary of the Cuban National Circus.
According to organizers, representatives from Mexico, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Spain, the United States and France, among other nations, are expected to participate.
Among the most interesting proposals are China's Performing Arts Agency, the Mexican artists Paquín Jr. and Angelo, Spain's Circo Gran Fele and Argentina's Boleadoras.
The event will grant several awards, including the Grand Prix of the festival, the national and international awards, the Best Men's and Women's Performance Award and the Popularity Award.
In addition, the exhibitions "50 years of the circus", at the Tryp Habana Libre Hotel, and Pinturas y Circo (Paintings and Circus), a collective exhibition from the San Alejandro National Academy of Fine Arts, will be held.
