Monday, May 21, 2018

Havana.- The naval project Grifon, consisting of a catamaran made in Russia, has aroused interest in Cuban tourist market.

According to the news website Sputnik, preliminary agreements have been reached with Cuban companies to cover the country's needs in the tourist and naval transport sectors.

This way, visitors to Cuba will be able to navigate in this new vessel.

With a crew of three people, the ship can carry up to 150 passengers at a time, in addition to reaching a speed of up to 55 kilometers per hour.

In addition to transporting people, the catamaran can be modified to provide professional transportation for floating platform personnel.
