Construction of New Hotel Begins in Cuba |

Havana.- Brigades of skilled workers are started up the construction of the Meliá Trinidad Hotel, on the Ancón peninsula.
The property will add some 400 rooms to the country's tourism sector, in addition to strengthening the destination of the Ancón Peninsula, in the central province of Sancti Spiritus.
The general construction will be executed by the company Dinvai Trinidad Construcciones, which belongs to the Ministry of Construction, together with an Italian firm.
For this project, the ground-breaking works in the area were completed and now a main platform of 5.9 hectares should be ready.
This year, the inauguration of two hotels in Trinidad is scheduled, including the Pansea and the Iznaga Palace, which will offer 25 and 40 rooms, respectively.
