Improved Health Services in Matanzas Province |

Havana.- The people of Matanzas, a city in western Cuba, will benefit from better health services thanks to the restoration of the Milanes Polyclinics.
The healthcare center has already resumed operations in several of its facilities, including emergency, clinical laboratory, nursing and consultations with the doctor on duty.
The institution also has an observation room, areas dedicated to electrocardiogram, vaccination and the room for the doctors on duty.
In addition, the administration, ultrasound and X-rays departments will be added in a second stage of rehabilitation.
Specialties such as surgery, orthopedics, psychology, psychiatry, dermatology, gynecology and pediatrics will reach secondary care to facilitate access by the community.
