Cuban Rum Sales Predicted |

Havana.- The company Havana Club Internacional S.A. (HCI) expects to commercialize 4.5 million boxes of rum, of nine liters each, in 2018.
Executives from the company highlighted the increased sales in markets such as Germany and France, in addition to Cuban, where the largest increase was reported.
This trend results from the increase in international tourist arrivals in 2017, when Cuba was visited by nearly 4.7 million holidaymakers.
Other markets for Cuban rum are the United Kingdom, Spain and Italy, as well as Canada, Mexico and Russia, while HCI reinforces its presence in China and Japan.
HCI beverages, a joint venture created in 1993 by Cuba Ron Corporation and the French group Pernod Ricard, are present in more than 125 markets.
