Havana.- Cuban baseball authorities are organizing a three-team training series for late March, as part of the warm-up for the Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla, Colombia.
For this contest, the Western, Central and Eastern teams will be created, and each of them will play 28 games.
The series will consist of four games from Thursday to Sunday, while the teams will train and receive technical supervision from Monday to Wednesday.
A semifinal game will take place between the second and third places, and the winner will play against the first place for the championship.
Baseball officials pointed out that the games are scheduled in all Cuban provinces, with the exception of Isla de la Juventud.
