The Cuban team will play their first game against Venezuela's Caribes de Anzoátegui, who won the Venezuelan league after beating the Cardinals of Lara.

Meanwhile, Granma won in a series of seven games against the Las Tunas in Cuba.

According to the official calendar, the Cuban team will play against Mexico, and on the next day they will rest, while the Dominican Republic and Puerto Ricans, and Venezuelan and Mexico will play against each other.

In the semifinals, the holders of the first and fourth places and the second and the third places will play against each other to define which team will discuss the title.
