Cuban Wrestlers to Have Busy International Agenda |

Havana.- Cuba's best wrestlers will have a busy agenda of international events in Russia and Iran during the first few weeks of 2018.
In that regard, Ismael Borrero (59 kg), Luis Gutiérrez Gómez (77 kg) and Antonio Durán (85 kg), all three Greco-Roman wrestlers, will compete in the Takhti Cup, in the Iranian city of Mahshahr.
The event will contribute to the Cuban wrestlers' practice in the early 2018, prior to major international events during the season, including the Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla, Colombia.
A delegation of seven Greco-Roman wrestlers will compete in the Ivan Poddubny Tournament, in the Russian city of Krasnodar, while the freestyle and female wrestlers will participate in the Ivan Yariguin Tournament, in Krasnoyarsk.
In addition, Mijaín López, three times Olympic champion and five times world champion, will travel to Russia to train.
