Cuban Table Tennis Players to Compete at International Events |

Havana.- Cuban table tennis players will compete in regional events in the first few months of 2018, in which Latin America's best athletes will participate as well.
From February 28 to March 9, the qualifier for the Central American and Caribbean Games and the Latin American championship will be held.
Cuban sports officials pointed out that Cuba will not participate in the former, because the Cuban players already qualified for the regional games in Colombia.
Meanwhile, the Latin American championship will hold competitions by teams, doubles, medley and individual, according to the schedule proposed by table tennis authorities.
The previous edition of that event, held in Puerto Rico in 2016, was won by the Brazilian men's and women's teams.
