Adventure Tourism in Panama |

Panama.- Panama will host the event known as AdventureWeek in mid-2018 and aimed at promoting adventure tourism in the country.
The Tourism Authority of Panama (ATP) is working on the selection of the company that will prepare the itinerary of the project with the objective of promoting the main tourist destinations in the country.
In the framework of AdventureWeek, tour operators, travel agencies and media organizations will participate in a specialized familiarization trip to adventure tourist sites in Panama.
The ATP pointed out that the route must combine adventure, nature and culture for 15 buyers, five journalists and two narrators, who will document and develop video and photographic materials.
With that kind of event, Panamanian authorities expect to consolidate the growth of the tourism industry, considering the facilities offered by this Central American country in terms of logistics and air connectivity.
