New Book on Gabriel García Márquez in Preparation |

Havana.- The New Latina American Cinema Foundation is working on a new book on the Colombian author Gabriel García Márquez that will be published in 2019.
According to Foundation executives, prominent experts will contribute their knowledge to the book, which will deal about the relationship between literature and intellectual cinema.
The book demands a painstaking research by the authors, so their efforts focus on achieving the quality it deserves.
The Foundation works on the preservation of García Márquez's legacy and it will contribute the book to the Gabo Center, which will open in Cartagena de Indias in 2018.
This year is the 70th anniversary of the publication of "La Tercera Resignación" (The Third Resignation), the first short story published by the Colombian writer.
